Highest Level of Care
The Neville Center is proud to offer the highest level of care for its long term residents. At the core of this care is our commitment to continuing occupational and physical therapy services. We monitor all of our residents regularly to ensure that they remain at the highest level of function possible. Each resident is evaluated by the care team daily and any changes or declines in function are addressed immediately and referred to the Rehabilitation Department for follow up. If these changes or declines can be improved with therapy then the resident will immediately begin a rehabilitation program with specific goals to improve functioning. Additionally, the Neville Center provides a walking program for eligible long term residents to maintain their functional abilities and independence.
